PicksDb™ is an all-sport social and creator platform. Users pay for subscriptions and optional in-app purchases that unlock digital goods and features—not stakes, entries, or outcome-based prizes. PicksDb is not affiliated with any league, team, or sportsbook.

Branded product features

Certain features are identified by PicksDb LLC for clarity and trademark protection, including PicksDb Leaderboard™ (ranking and leaderboard experiences) and PicksDb Coins™ (optional in-app virtual currency with no cash value). The PicksDb name, logos, app design, and overall product are our intellectual property; scraping, impersonation, or misappropriation can result in enforcement including account termination. Names and presentation may evolve; see the Terms of Service for full restrictions.

For fans & subscribers

When you subscribe to a creator on PicksDb, you purchase recurring access to that creator’s digital content (analysis, posts, and other materials they publish). Typical benefits include:

• Access to creator insights, breakdowns, and editorial-style picks
• A personalized feed, posts, tags, and bookmarks across multiple sports
• Community features such as messaging, rooms, and discussion (subject to safety rules)
• Optional PicksDb Coins™ for recognition or cosmetic-style use inside the app—no cash value
• Participation in PicksDb Leaderboard™ rankings where offered—informational only, not prizes or gambling outcomes

For creators

Creators can offer paid tiers so subscribers receive exclusive digital content. PicksDb LLC provides software for publishing, discovery, and paid access. Earnings and identity verification for payouts are handled through payment partners (e.g., Stripe Connect); card and bank details are collected by those partners under their terms.

• Set subscription prices within limits shown in the product
• Receive payouts subject to posted fees, tax reporting, and partner rules
• Must comply with our Terms—including prohibitions on gambling facilitation and misleading performance claims

Creator Shop (physical & digital products)

In-app shop purchases buy goods from the creator who listed them. PicksDb provides checkout technology; the creator fulfills shipping and customer service. Prices, deals, and product snapshots are recorded at purchase time.

Amazon link purchases complete on Amazon under Amazon’s terms. The creator may earn commission directly from Amazon. PicksDb does not process Amazon payments or receive Amazon commission data — only outbound click analytics for creators.

• Creators must upload accurate product photos and comply with seller integrity, FTC disclosure, and Amazon Associates rules where applicable
• Prohibited: counterfeit goods, bait-and-switch listings, mislabeled or unlawful products
• Shop earnings (in-app) are separate from Amazon affiliate commissions
• Buyers: see Terms of Service Section 22a and Privacy Policy Section 5a for full rules

Platform & optional upgrades

Depending on your device and account, you may also see app-level subscriptions or one-time purchases (for example, premium app features). Those are digital services billed through the platform indicated at purchase (such as Apple App Store, Google Play, or web checkout). Exact features and prices are shown in the app at the time of purchase.

Payments, claims & taxes

Charges may be processed by Stripe, Inc., Apple, Google, or other processors we disclose at checkout. When you pay, you agree to the applicable processor’s terms (for example, Stripe’s legal agreements; Apple Media Services Terms for App Store purchases; Google Play terms for your region). Taxes may apply based on your location.

Refunds and claims. Digital access and subscriptions are generally non-refundable once delivered or once a billing period has started, as described in our Terms of Service. You may still contact us at support@picksdb.com to describe a problem (we do not guarantee a refund). For card charges processed by Stripe, disputes and chargebacks are typically handled through Stripe and your bank or card network. For in-app purchases through Apple or Google, refund and billing support follow Apple’s or Google’s processes (for example, Apple’s “Report a Problem” flow where available).
