Published CSAE standards. This page is PicksDb LLC’s publicly available child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) standards for Google Play’s Child Safety Standards policy. It is not a PDF and is available worldwide.

PicksDb is a sports community for users 13 and older. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM), child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), grooming, or any sexual content involving minors.

1. What we prohibit

Users may not create, upload, share, solicit, or link to:

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), including any sexualized depiction of a person under 18
  • Grooming, sexualization of minors, or requests for sexual content from a minor
  • Trafficking, exploitation, or real-world harm directed at children
  • Any attempt to use PicksDb to contact minors for sexual purposes

These rules apply to posts, chats, group chats, DMs, profiles, images, and links.

2. Age

PicksDb is not directed at children under 13. Accounts we reasonably believe belong to children under 13 are removed. Users 13–17 must use the product in a manner consistent with our Terms and applicable law. We do not allow dating-style features aimed at minors.

3. How to report

  • Username or profile URL
  • Where it happened (feed, chat, DM)

If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first.

4. How we respond

  • We review child-safety reports on a priority basis
  • We remove violating content and may suspend or permanently ban accounts
  • We preserve records as required for investigations and legal process
  • We may limit distribution of content while a report is under review

5. Reporting to authorities

PicksDb complies with applicable child safety laws. Where required, we report apparent CSAM to the appropriate regional or national authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) in the United States, and we cooperate with lawful requests from law enforcement.

6. In-app tools

Users can report content and users, block other users, and use private / invite-only rooms. Group chats have moderation tools. We do not permit unmoderated public spaces for child sexual content of any kind.
